We had the opportunity to know the plant model and understand how both processes as in public relations. It is well known that Grupo Modelo is classified as a world class company. They say that it is difficult to be a Mexican brand but they have accomplished and very proud of this, which motivates them to continue to develop in Mexico and abroad. In the world believe that identify Mexican beers like products related to warmth, sunshine, beaches, parties, etc.. So it is very important to keep that sense of beer and Mexican Grupo Modelo I think it does. For example, Victoria had the beer slogan "Victory is from Mexico," and has always said that "What's in Mexico stays in Mexico." This shows that Mexican pride is this company and trying to lead the world.

Part of the success of this company is due to the conducted PR within the plant. On the ground, were many posters with motivational phrases. One that I really liked was "The winners are lucky, but ask a failure." Apart from these motivational phrases, there are signs that make the employee remember how important their job is and how to do it. These posters are highly motivated employees making them feel an important part of the company, and proud of it. This is what we noticed with those who gave us the tour of the plant, they all felt very proud to be in Grupo Modelo and defended much. This is very important, since employees are the ones that move the company and whether they are happy and care about the company, will do their job better. So both employees and owners are fighting for a common good that is to continue growing and improving as a company.

In addition to employees, Grupo Modelo has other key audiences, amongst which are the suppliers, and customers. Providers are not as important to them as they try to obtain the raw materials themselves. As customers have many audiences depending on the brand. Each beer brand is aimed at a group of different people, mainly differing in age, but also in culture or gender. As the strategies used to promote each product is according to the audience being addressed.
