Final Paper National Security History

A brief look at the U.S. National Security. The U.S. seems to be a peaceful and modern

America. It's easy to forget all the challenges no matter how big or small the problems are, to have the country where it stands. From this brief look at the National Security it is realized that the politicians, execute military interventions pursued, and world changing decisions to consolidate National Security. As we talk about this on National Security its important to understand the outlook of American National Security strategy and policies of today. The National Security was pass by congress in the year of 1947 by this time America had already entered into a new era of the National Security, by this time the first council was assigned to deal with the matters of the Central Intelligence Agency so they can coordinate activities under these organization. In 1823 the United States officially adopted Unilaterism as a National Security strategy, this meaning the United States of America acted on its own and essentially "avoided commitments to act in concert with other great powers against future contingencies which no one could foresee".

President Franklin D. Roosevelt illustrated it in 1904 when sating that "chronic wrongdoing and impotence which resulted in a general loosening of the ties of a civilized society.

The National Security is known as the most secretive in the American government and is probably more familiar as the guys who may or may not be listening to our phone calls and reading the e-mails that we received. The NSA is the U.S. government eavesdropping agency that has a budget of $8 million dollars; the NSA is always spying on all foreign communications and encodes the U.S. government communication. The NSA protects all the communication of the government and the Pentagons e-mails network. After the 9/11 attacks the military received a small group of technical minded people this is a very small group but important.

If a commander of the army asked the NSA to jam a signal from the Taliban communication they would go crazy because the NSA just likes to listen and leave no evidence of them ever being there or listening to anybody's conversation. One of the most popular successes that the NSA had was when they intercepted communication from the Chinese that they were going to detonate their first atomic bomb. The NSA also intercepted weather forecast for the test site, when secretary of state Dean Rusk told the president and then the media that they had intelligence about that the Chinese were going to detonate their first atomic
