What are some negative aspects of present day Rwanda?

The political aspect seems to be a negative part of Rwanda. With Paul Kagame running the country he seems to be keeping things from the public. Currently he has decided to do a lot of construction in the Rwandan capital, Kigali. Paul Kagame seems very unsure to me. I wouldn't trust him. Explain how the future will be if things continue to be like this in Rwanda

If things are to continue like this in Rwanda people may find out about how Kagame is blocking resources for the Rwandans to see, they may rebel against him knowing the information they receive is biased. I know if public
