Idea Illustration: In China, there are more than 350 million smokers and more than half of them have tried to quit smoke in their smoking history. Most smokers tend to be troubled by Nicotine withdrawal syndrome, such as irritability, restlessness, depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, poor sleep, hunger and craving for tobacco. It is crucial for them to stay away from a smoking environment and divert attention from these symptoms. If they go to bar, coffee house or even shopping mall, they will easily run into smokers and therefore, there is a risk for relapse. But Gym is generally non-smoking and full of non-smokers. And physical exercises are also very beneficial for people with Nicotine withdrawal syndrome. Then I come up this the Quit Smoking Gym idea.

Description of the Gym: This is a membership Gym specially designed for smoking quitters. This gym has most facilities as common gyms but with more professionals who are responsible for psychological guidance. The main task is to combine both psychological guidance and physical exercises together in order to lower members' anxiety and pain during their hard time. More team exercise will be introduced so to establish an atmosphere of quitting smoke with a lot of companions. Also the gym will be decorated with interesting by informative displays about the importance of quitting smoke. Also, for whom have successfully quitted smoke can be hired as part-time coaches.
