Introduction

CIPG.com is a company who publishes more that 3,000 book titles each year publishing includes and is not limited to digital and periodicals. This company has many employed in 20 countries and other regions and is recognized by the friendship award from the Chinese Government.

Mission Statement

The mission statement for cipg.com consists of introducing China to the world in nearly twenty different languages through their books and periodicals and websites. (www.cipg.com.cn)

Product Strategy

CIPG's main strategy contain general editorial administration office and an international cooperation department as well as a financial department and a human resources department the business is focus on cross - cultural communication theories and practices. (Cipg.com)

Distribution Strategy

China International Publishing Group distribution is done through books, magazines and websites, it currently has 20 subsidiaries and 12 overseas branches, its distribution is located in the United States of America, Britain, Germany, Belgium, Russia, Egypt, Mexico, Japan and Hong Kong CIPG uses sales techniques as well as outside sources to distribute their material to the consumer. Currently 3000 people are staffed within different countries to keep up with its distribution. Pricing Strategy
