Soccer Summary

The Love for soccer has a very rich and long history, in each and every country, soccer is a beloved sport in nearly every country and is played by not only the best athletes that that country has to offer, but even by those who are barely old enough to kick a ball. They are responsible for more than anyone on the field because they must stretch the field and set the forward up for goals, and then run back to get back on defense. Defenders are the last line between the goalie and the opposing team's forwards. They are normally the most aggressive players on the field because they cannot give up one on one's with the goalie. These players play two 45 minute halves with no timeouts except for half time. Each goal is worth 1 point and the team with the most goals at the end of the match wins. If there is a tie at the end of regulation, overtime occurs consisting of two 15 minute halves with Penalty Kicks if there is a tie at the end of the OT halves.

The Soccer world is big, being as it is the most popular sport in the world, but nothing in
