Interview Coaching for Employment

1. Program begins with prayer to give God thanks for the second chance that the youth has been given.

2. Students that have homework or are falling behind in their course work will receive tutoring because our staff understands that an education is very important.

3. Students will be given a uniform in which they will need to suit up for conditioning in order to begin their routine.

Requirements:

Students must maintain a 2.5 grade point average or above in order to maintain in good standing with the program. Failure to comply with the regulations may result in termination of program.

Students can not have any absences in the program unless authorized by any staff.

Students must follow all rules and respect staff.

Students will be given a copy of the rules and regulations of the boot camp.

Statement:

Our focus is to help the youth replace destructive behavior and bad habits. We believe boxing will keep them focused in the ring and in the community. This program is for the youth who want a second chance and need guidance in their lives. The staff at Danny Romero's Boot Camp for Champs believe that with the support and team effort we can make that happen. We understand that some of the students may come from dysfunctional families and some neighborhoods that influence them to make poor choices, but here at our gym we want to change all of that. Our objective is to transform these kids to positive people and so later on in their future they may be able to influence other youth in the community. At Danny Romero's Boot Camp we want to break the cycle. We truly believe that with the 120 day completion of the program we will be a positive reinforcement in the kids lives. Having support from the City of Albuquerque, Albuquerque Police Department, and Probation Department anything is possible.
