Hi my name is Jonie and I am running for class president. I'm looking forward to the responsibility and pure honor of being the leader of period six, team 6B. So why should you vote for me? First, I have experience; I was on student council last year. Second I am very organized, which will help with needed priorities of my teachers and classmates. Finally, I am very energetic and creative and love getting involved and pitching new ideas. I will strive to meet your commands and live up to your expectations in this school year. Being the class president this year would also help me in my campaign for next year because I'm thinking about running for student council.

I will try very hard to make class extremely enjoyable this year (less homework may be involved.) Also last year on student council our main goal was to help save the earth. I know that many of you may have the same concerns so maybe I could make that happen in this class to. For example we could use double sided paper or not use the Smart Board or the Smart Board projector when it's not necessary.

The most important issue I would like to address is the flooding that's been happening around New York. I was thinking we could have a bake sale or a school carnival but we can brain storm more ideas as a class. We could set a goal together and spend the money on needed supplies to donate to flood victims.

As you can see, I am enthusiastic about being your class president and making your school year brighter! So, vote for me, Jonie, and I will fight for you!!!!
