Is Health Care a Right, Privilege, or Responsibility?

Even if you want to debate if the term "life" does or does not refer to the right of health care, these unalienable rights of man include this concept of the pursuit of a life of happiness which can't exist for those who are in pain and suffering. The concept of these three aspects are the unalienable rights of men who hold such truths to be self-evident that all men (and of course women, too) are created equal and thus have this unalienable right to equality amongst all members of society.

So to create such an equality in society so that no member of society (whether they be American's or your fellow brethren who lives in Nigeria in complete poverty) you must recognize these truths to be self-evident. The only way you can recognize such truths to be self-evident is in a society that readily recognizes and supports the concept of true equality of every member of society. By having such equality, you create the freedoms necessary to allow every member to pursue these unalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. Now in America all members of society are not recognized to have these unalienable rights because they don't have either true freedom or equality in this society for the simple reason that capitalism cannot continue to exist in a society that recognizes such unalienable rights to all members of society. For, if it did, we couldn't have a hierarchical society (wealthy, working-class, and poverty) which is one of the two prerequisites for the ongoing existence of capitalism. So since we don't have equality or freedom for all members of society, we don't have a true democracy in America (or anywhere else in the world for that matter). So to create such a society that is capable of recognizing, supporting, and promoting such concepts as these it cannot operate on a level of national sovereignty because no nation has to recognize any law above themselves. This is why our level of government cannot support true democracy in society. This is why our government is forced to use war to solve its problems on a higher level than the national level. When was the last time you saw California go to war with Texas, or any other state? This doesn't need to happen because they can resolve their problems or disputes through a higher level of government that has the ability to recognize their rights and has a forum (federal courts) that can resolve such disputes without the need for war. The same situation can exist on a global level of society through the establishment of a global social democracy that can be created through the ratification of the World Constitution to create a World Court System that can recognize the rights and representation of all members of society through a system of equality. This is a system which is capable of recognizing these unalienable rights of all members of society and creating true freedom in society. This is how
