Learning Experience

"One of the hardest things to do is work with someone who has completely different ideas or views from yours. However, having tolerance for others can provide a valuable learning experience."

In my opinion, this quote means if you work with someone who is completely different from you, you may get frustrated with them. So, if you have tolerance, this can turn into a valuable learned lesson.

For example, I've worked with my sister most of my life. We have differences, and sometimes we both get frustrated because of that. Eventually, I got tired from this. Who would want to work with someone with completely different opinions as you? So I tried my best to get along with her, and try to make us both make an agreement. After a while, we finally thought of something we can agree on. From now on, instead of arguing with my sister over something we don't agree on, I will always try to get along with her and agree with her. Martin Luther King Jr. had differences between many people. So, he announced a speech to make everyone agree that everybody should be treated the same no matter what race they are, and it worked. Today, in America people are treated the same no matter what race they are.

If you work with someone completely different opinions from you, you may get frustrated with them. So, if you have tolerance, this can be a valuable learned lesson. Why wouldn't you want to have a learned lesson that could help you in the future?
