Ethics Awareness Inventory Analysis

Ethics are a person's views of what is right and what is wrong. We make decisions based on our ethics rather it is our professional ethics or our personal ethics. The ethical awareness inventory evaluated my ethical perspective and my style of ethics. My score showed that I was a rated (E) Equity. The results of the tests also reflected that my ethical views are that I apply them to my personal and professional develop together. I have an educational experience has affected my ethical views as well as my made me into who I am. (The Williams Institute, 2012)

Results

The ethics awareness inventory gave me a large perspective on my ethic views and how things need to change. My scores where 24 on both the most and least aligned as well as 24 as well as inventory rated me most and least aligned with equity. My personal and professional development, I have learned that experience helps teach me experience and that this is what contributes to my and others ethical attributes.

Personal and Professional Development

Personally and professionally every person has their own views on how things should be done and what their ethics are. There are situations which we learn from and from which we earn our values and ethics from, and some that we learn not to use or that are not proper choices. The ethical awareness inventory has evaluated that in chaotic situation I choose to take the short-term benefit. In personal and professional situations, the short-term outlook is chosen if there is not time to think about the long-term effects of the decisions. When we develop professionally there are situations which we must make them quickly, and in my personal ethics this would be a great chance to use my ethics.

Educational Experience

I have been an University of Phoenix student for almost 4 years and I have learned so much including that not everything is always going to go my way and that I need to work with other's. This learning experience has help me expand my cultural background, which was my favorite, my ethics, however to make decisions, and how to be a team members. I have had very difficult team members; however this is what made me a stronger person and who has helped me build my ethics and how to result conflicts without being nasty or rude. I have learned to be understanding and to be aware of others thoughts and feelings. OtherwiseT why would I continue my Master's in Psychology here at UOP!
