More families now have two working parents. With both parents working, it is impossible to keep tabs on what their child is doing at all times. When working parents find out that their children are experimenting with drugs, it becomes a major problem not only at home, but at the office as well. The problem defined in the article is that many parents dealing with personal problems, such as their children using illegal substances, do not know how to cope with a problem of this magnitude, so they end up bringing their problems to the office with them.
