The Analytic Investigation of the Role of the Headmasters' Human Skills on the Amount of Teacher's Participation in Making Educational Decisions and Plans in the Pre-School Institutes (the Nursery Schools and Kindergartens) of Isfahan

The specific goal of this research is analyzing the effect of headmasters' human skills on the amount of teacher's participation in making educational decisions and plans in the pre-school institutes (nursery schools and kindergartens) of Isfahan.

The under study society consists of all the employed teachers in the pre-school institutes (the nursery schools and kindergartens) of Isfahan under supervision of the "Educational Organization" and the "Behzisti Organization".

The quantity of the sample was specified 300 people, based on scientific methods and the formula of specifying the quantity of the sample, using the multi-leveled methods of choosing samples.

In order to gather data, the questionnaires with 15 questions and 5 choices, ranked based on the Lickert's scale were used to evaluate the managers' human skills and the questionnaires with 30 questions and 5 choices, ranked based on Lickert scale in four aspects, were used to evaluate the amount of teachers' participation.

The analysis of the results was done with descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, average, graph, etc. ) and inference statistics (the Freidman's test, multi-variable regressions, and Pierson's coefficient correlation) using SPSS software.

Considering the findings of this research, we came to these conclusions:

1. Most of the headmasters, comparing to headmasters' human skills in pre-school institutes (nursery schools and kindergartens) have average human skills. In association with the headmasters' skills, on the human skills aspect, in 300 teachers, 30. 9% were below the average, 35% were average and 34. 1% were above average.

2. Considering the grades of the headmasters' human skills, we are able to predict the amount of teachers' participation in making decisions and choices.

3. There is a meaningful connection between the human skills of the headmasters' and each aspects of teachers' participation. Also there is a 0. 78 correlation between the human skills of the headmasters and each aspects of teachers' participation.
