In January of 1997 President Clinton announced that the percentage of borrowers defaulting on loans In January of 1997 President Clinton announced that the percentage of borrowers defaulting on loans had dropped to 10.7 percent. This was the beginning of a campaign to build Congressional support for Clinton's education proposals. Programs were launched that revolved around Clinton's theme that higher education is crucial to success in the global information age.

others by wanting to be spoiled. As well as, a rotten person can make his company feel bad and

not wanting to be around him/her. When you are spoiled rotten and want the world, people are

not going to want to be around you.

During this time period that we live in, I think that this aphorism still holds the same

meaning. When I am around a spoiled person myself, I really don't want to be around them at

all. Also when I'm around a person that brings the mood down, whenever she/he comes around

makes me want to go off and tell them a piece of my mind. When a new or even a old couple

have a new born baby, "spoils the companions," because who really wants to be around a spoiled

yelling baby, "No One." I think this aphorism can relate to many everyday life experience.
