The purpose of this proposal is to give an insight of the Dream Human Service Organization: Addressing Problem of Disabled Veterans named “Disabled Veterans Dream Team”. Disabled Veterans Dream Team mission is to change the lives of our disabled vets and family by inspiring, ensuring well-being, and assisting them with becoming self-sufficient in tackling every day life.
The goal is to assist Disabled Veterans (our clients) and their families with their needs through utilizing the SMART organizational approach to our organizations design. This will be done by utilizing various professionals to access the clients’ needs and provide the appropriate resources for restoration. The information gathered through interviews will be incorporated into the Disabled Veterans Dream Team Organization.
Each member of the Disabled Veterans Dream Team interviews will conducted several interviews. Each member will conduct interviews as follows: Glinda Cooper will conduct an interview with a Social Worker, Ulga Dormeus and Temica Morris will be interviewing a Supervisor. Sarah Harden and Jessica Robinson will interview Human Service Administrators and Victoria Wilson has chosen to interview a Staff Member. Glinda and Victoria will conduct interviews on October 26th, Ulga and Jessica will conduct interviews on the 27th of October. Lastly, Sarah and Temica will conduct interviews on the 28th of October. Most of the interviews will be done over the phone at a scheduled time.
The role of each team member will consist of contributing their interview portions and be engaged through communications to ensure completion of the Assignment. The goal is to assist clients’ in need through utilizing the SMART organizational approach to our organizations design. This will be done by utilizing varies professionals to access the clients’ needs and provide the appropriate resources for restoration. Each member of the team will inquire about the many different functions that pertains to the individual’s role. When each team member is conducting the interview we will be finding information about vision, mission and goals. Also the team members will find out the design of the Veterans Administration, information on the development of human resources. Lastly, the presentation will close with the supervision, budget and management of the finances.
