hi,im madddyr my first interview I decided to interview Nancy Somerville, from McLeod Dental Care in Niagara Falls Ontario. Nancy is one of the two managers at McLeod Dental. She has a very stressful job, Nancy manages 57 girls, (hygienists, front desk, etc) She works long shifts and is always switching offices, opposite to the other top manager. McLeod Dental Care has two practices; they are located on Niagara Falls on McLeod Road and on Portage Road (near Thorold Stone Rd) As a manager she has to get together with her other manager, and organize 'BIG' team meetings, to lay down the goals, and ground rules, also for everyone to get together, co-operate and be successful. The interview took place at 6015 McLeod Road, Nancy has been with the company for 15 years and has held the management position for 9. The company's phone number is (905)-357-4995.
