Answer the following questions;

  1. Develop 4 or more good options (Doing nothing is NEVER an option)

Option 1:

CDRs should reduce depreciation costs because the resort is not fully booked during this year's low rental season. We give consumers discounts in low rental season to attract consumers.

Option 2:

We can carry out other recreational activities such as sports, golf, boating and so on. Or the resort's technical products, video games and movies. Or we can divide out a regional development camping, which can ease the lack of housing at the peak of tourism. We provide camping customers with rental space, tent rental and so on.

Option 3: In order to find coral divers for unique niche markets (adventure diving, home-based resorts) and gain competitive advantage in terms of revenue, such as providing additional services to customers, providing airport transfers, regular ticketing services and Other educational services on scuba diving, which only require a small portion of the financial expenditure.

Option 4:

This is an inefficient family-service business that makes it difficult for companies to expand their funds and face intense competition. So I recommend repealing this family travel package. Let consumers choose their own.

  1. Pick the best option and justify (are you sure?)

CDR debt to asset ratio of 0.934, indicating that the company is almost unable to fulfill long-term debt, but also shows that the company can barely bear more losses without harming the interests of the debt, it is difficult to obtain additional expansion of financing. Coral Dive Resort's net return on the value of -87.04%, which shows that no profit is absolutely based on the owners of the resort investment, when the resort to increase additional funds, it will be difficult to get a positive return.

 So we should reduce spending and make use of the company's existing resources, such as launching new projects, rowing, and delineating a small area to carry out camping activities. We can provide site rental, vessel rental and so on.
