In 1619 the first African Americans came as indenture services. In the past African Americans had to obey a slave code which told them what to do. Slave codes are laws that defined the low position held by slaves in the United States. If the slaves disobeyed theses codes they had consequences to serve. Some of the consequences that they had were whipping, mutilation, and branding, but most of the violators were whipped. Abolitionists were white and free blacks but many whites opposed slavery such as Abraham Lincoln he didn't believe in racial equalities. Abolitionists both black and whites continue to speak against slavery. 1. Average rain:

CELL PHONE USE WHILE DRIVING..
Dear,congressman I know you are probably busy taking care of other important situations,but I really need to talk to you about cell phone use while driving,and my opinion is cell phone use while driving should be banned.
First off I wanna start by backing up why I think cell phone use should b banned while driving. Study's show that texting and driving is more dangerous then driving under the influence. Also your reaction time while texting and driving decreases by 35%.Last but not least texting and driving causes more crashes then anything.
Another thing I wanna say about cell phone use while driving. My own opinion cell phone use should only be banned if people are texting and talking for no reason. Cell phones should only be needed for emergency's,because to many crashes are occurring when people use cell phones.
Finally I hope you understand the point I am trying to make and hopefully you will wanna make sure less wrecks,and possibly less people die,and you will ban cell phone use while driving.
