Making Socially Responsible and Ethical Marketing Decisions: Selling Tobaco to Third World Countries

I am Muhammad Khalilur Rahman. I am a Bangladeshi citizenship but I have heard about Korea is a beautiful and economically development country. The people are very patient, polite and co-operative in Korea. Recently, I live in Malaysia as I am studying in International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). However, I have 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Including me, we are 6 brothers and sisters. I am the youngest among my brothers and sisters. My mother has passed away at the age of 60. My father is still alive and he is 70 years old. He is a poor farmer who is suffering from many complicated diseases. He has a little area of agricultural land which is not enough to maintain families of my brothers. Therefore, my father is unable to provide me any money to maintain my tuition fees and living cost to study in Korea. So, I need scholarship to study in Korea.

I have studied secondary and higher secondary education in my home town. Then I have done Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from a prominent university in Bangladesh named "International Islamic University Chittagong, Dhaka Campus. In this 4 years honours program in BBA, I did very well and scored very good result. I scored CGPA 3.5 out of 4 in BBA (Hons). My lecturers were very satisfied and pleased with me for my good result and for my regular interaction and participation in class. In my BBA program, I did many business administration and accounting courses and scored very good result in those courses. The medium of instruction in the university is fully in English. All the lectures, assignments writing and examinations were conducted in English language. So, my English language proficiency is excellent.

I also Studied Advanced English Language in International Islamic University Malaysia. At the end of the English course, I attended English Placement Test (EPT) and I scored overall band score 6. This EPT average band score 6 is equivalent to IELTS average band score 6. So, I can say that my English language is excellent and I can assure you that I will be able to pursue my MBA education in English medium with excellent result.

I am very much interested to study 'Master of Business Administration' at Sejong University School of Business. I have plan to study sincerely and finish the program within 2 (two) years with good result. I have plan to work hard to finish the program within the time and with good score. I promise to follow fully university by-laws and government laws while I will be studying at the Sejong University. I will not be involved in any unethical or illegal activities during my study.
