The company we chose for our project are McDonald and Al-Najam Fried Chicken for our strategic management project. McDonald is an international chain of fast food and is recognized worldwide. Al-Najam Fried Chicken is a local Pakistani company of fast food. Fast food business is the fastest growing business in Pakistan. There are small fast food restaurant around almost every corner of the city.

McDonald is the leading global food service retailer with more than 30000 local restaurants serving 50 million people in more than 120 countries each day. McDonald Pakistan is part of the Lakson Group of companies with its head office situated in Karachi and a regional office located in Lahore. In Pakistan, the menu of McDonald contains the following items: Chicken Big MAC, spicy mccrispy chicken, double cheese burger, quarter pounder with cheese, big tasty, mcroyale, big mac, mcchicken, mcarabian, chicken nuggets and filet-o-fish.

Long term objectives:

1) McDonald 's vision is to be the world's best quick service restaurant experience

2) McDonald is committed to maintaining and developing the best food products in the quick service restaurant market.
