Perception in My Life

Hi! I'm Jearve of the Philippines. I wrote this just to enlighten the minds of Students. This is just my perception, anyway, you may ignore this message or perhaps inspired.

We have different perceptions in life since we are unique. Why do you want to study? What are the reasons of your studying? How do you view studying? What will you do after studying? These are just some of the questions floating in my mind. Several years ago, my reason of studying is to gain high grades so that i can be a pride of my family. Sometimes also i want to study to have a good job so that i can help my family and my own family someday. however, it change while i was finishing my 4-year course. I realized that studying is not to gain good grades, not to have a good job, not to lift your family from poverty, BUT gaining knowledge and experience and apply in daily activities.

Grades for me is not the basis to become successful. Also, having good grades doesn't mean you are genius or very intelligent, sometimes grades are like accessories which make you feel beautiful and attractive. Most often, the grades you have does not always mean you deserve it since there are factors which may influence to have good grades. But i'm not saying that it's not good to have good grades, what i'm trying to point out is, you study not because of getting good grades but to learn from it and apply.

Nowadays, people tend to study just to have good grades; others memorize what was written in the book but not getting the thought of it. In studying, it doesn't always mean Memorizing BUT UNDERSTANDING because if you just memorize it, you are just like sailing in a the air.

Nevertheless, you must LOVE studying from the bottom of your heart and soul so that in every problems faced will be solved. You must not see challenges as problems rather, see it as stepping stones to your success.

I guess i will end up my essay this time since i have lots of things to do.. :)
