Sales Force Section

This section deals with field operation of the sales. The field operation has been divided in central, north and south zones. These zones have been further divided into regions. Every zone has three to four regions sections which are further distributed in districts. Sales field operation team coordinate with dealers' network. They receive sales orders from dealers and coordinate for dispatch of fertilizer bags as per the shipment schedule of the orders. They set the monthly target of the sales zone wise, region wise and district wise and make analysis of the target against actual results. Primarily sales are made through dealers. However, on very few occasions if a walk in customer comes with a large order of 100-200 bags then it can be accommodated.

Distribution Section

This section control operations and movement of fertilizer's bags inventory. It manages to dispatch bags directly from plant to dealers. If there is no requirement of direct dispatch then bags inventory are transferred to warehouses. Distribution team manages daily operation of warehouses which are company owned or which are hired on lease. Distribution team also coordinate with corporate office finance team for insurance and good release. A major portion of inventory is under pledge with bank therefore it also coordinates with bank representative at warehouse to ensure completeness of compliance procedures. Transfer of inventory one from warehouse to another warehouse is done under supervision of distribution team. Dispatch of inventory from warehouse to dealers' site is also the responsibility of distribution team.

Marketing / Branding Section

This section deals with promotional activities of the Brand which it "Sarsabz". It is responsible for commercial and ads on TV, Radio and in print media. It also manages advertising boards in near agricultural lands across different regions, flex design on dealers' shops. It coordinates with advertising agency for advertising boards at important places like airports. Keeping in demand pattern for the season it launches promotional schemes. Recently it carried scheme of "Jadoo Ki Bori" which contained many gifts coupons in it. It conducts third party survey on product feedback, bag designs and farmers awareness programs.

Technical Service Section

This section provides technical services to the farmers. This section is headed by technical service managers and has been divided into central, south and north zones. At the start of Rabbi and Kharif seasons crop seminars are conducted highlighting the usage of fertilizers, watering timing and chemical spray etc. Group discussion is conducted about the common feature of a crop an in particular area.
