1. State the administrative agency which controls the regulation. The administrative agency which controls the regulation is the Department of Transportation (DOT). Explain why this agency and your proposed regulation interest you (briefly). This agency proposed regulation interest me because it deal with antidiscrimination and retaliation act/No Fear Act. Will this proposed regulation affect you or the business in which you are working? This proposed regulation will affect me and others I guess for the rest of our lives, but it is good to know that you can do something about it. Now that I know where to go and how to address the matter, I will not be walking off of a job without filing a suite. If so, how? I was discriminated against while I was working for Hospira through Kelly services, by another employee, whom they had working for their service for 20 years as a temp. I followed the chain of command, and nothing was done.

Describe the proposal/change. There has been no existing change." Pursuant to section 205 of the No

FEAR Act, neither the Act nor this notice creates, expands or reduces any rights otherwise available to any employee, former employee or applicant under the laws of the United States, including the provisions of law specified in 5 U.S.C. 2302(d). "

Write the public comment that you would submit to this proposal. If the proposed regulation deadline has already passed, write the comment you would have submitted. Explain briefly, what you wish to accomplish with your comment. My comment would not accomplish anything different all laws have been passed. Title II act, was released in 2002 for federal agencies to notify all employees, of their rights and protection against discrimination, the No Fear Act. Human Resource agencies were created for the sole purpose of assisting and addressing these issues. The agency gives you a pamphlet of your rights, but do not explain in detail about the consequence of your actions. Questions and concerns is never addressed properly. What if your rights are violated, and you did everything in your power by following the chain of command and nothing was done? Where are you supposed to turn to next? I do like the NO Fear Act.

1. Provide the "deadline" by which the public comment must be made. (If the date has already passed, please provide when the deadline was).November 5, 2012

A. Once you have submitted your comment, what will you are legally entitled to do later in the promulgation process (if you should choose to do so)? (See the textbook's discussion of the Administrative Procedure Act.) The original procedure act was put in place in 1946 for all federal agencies must follow, only those exempt, it does bend a sway as time goes on." "APA, 5 U.S.C.A. $$ 501 et seq"
