We have evolved as a human race for millions of years under the warmth and love of the sun. Maybe bathing in a toxic wind tank from head to toe is not the answer.

Here are 10 benefits of getting moderate exposure to sun exposure:

1. Sunlight and whole foods send breast cancer in remission.

2. Sunlight kills bad bacteria. German soldiers after the First World War were aware of the discoveries made in 1903 by the Nobel Prize winner, Niels Finsen. They used sunlight to disinfect and heal the wounds.

3. Sunlight has a beneficial effect on skin disorders, such as psoriasis, acne, eczema and fungal infections of the skin.

4. Sunlight reduces cholesterol. The sun converts the high cholesterol levels in the blood into steroid hormones and the sexual hormones we need for reproduction.

5. The sun's rays reduce blood pressure. Even a single exposure significantly reduces blood pressure in people with high blood pressure.

6. Sunlight penetrates deep into the skin to clean the blood and blood vessels.

7. Sunlight increases the oxygen content in human blood. And, it also improves the body's ability to provide oxygen to the tissues;

8. Sunlight builds the immune system. White blood cells, which increase with exposure to the sun, are called lymphocytes, and these play a major role in defending the body against infections.

9. Regular exposure to sunlight increases the growth and size of children, especially babies.

10. Sunlight can cure depression.

It is controlled by our internal clock (we speak of a biological clock) which regulates the awakening / sleep cycle with alternating days and nights. This clock consists of two tiny parts located in the brain, close to the optic nerves which inform them about the luminous intensity and send signals to the organism to awaken or put it on standby.

To be fit, adults need to sleep an average of 8 hours, but this duration varies according to an individual's age and genetic make-up. Infants require 16 to 18 hours of sleep per day; By increasing, this duration decreases from 10 to 13 hours in children from 3 to 5 years, from 9 to 11 hours in the 6-12 years, and from 8 to 10 hours in the adolescents; People over the age of 65 can be satisfied with 7 hours of sleep per night.
