2 KENMORE .VS. MAYTAG

One day while trying to warm some food up in the microwave, I noticed that it was not heating up anymore. This means that I had to purchase a new one, so I called my mother and told her that I needed a new microwave, and to ask her if she wanted to go shopping with me for a new one. So both my mother and I went out on a search for a new microwave. Once we got to the appliance store I immediately start looking at Kenmore microwaves, since those where the kind that I always used. Then I looked over my shoulder and saw that my mom was looking at Maytag, which is what she has always used. So I pulled over to side and told her that we were looking at different microwaves, and that if I was going too decided in between the two then we need to make a list. Not just any list but one follows what I want in a microwave. To see which microwave would fit into my everyday life.

So the first question on our list was which brand offered the best prices? When I first entered the part of the store where the microwaves were, I was over whelmed. There were so many of them that I knew me and my mother was going to need help .So I ran around and found a staff member by the name of Mike to help us out with our search for a new microwave. Then I asked "can you tell me the price ranges of a Kenmore microwave and a Maytag microwave". He said well Kenmore range from seventy dollars to eight hundred dollars, and Maytag range from one hundred dollars to eight hundred dollars. Which was great because both fit into my price range, so that was a check for both microwaves.

My next question was which one had the best wattage use? According to Hhgredd "The higher the wattage, the more quickly the oven cook and warm food" (hhgredd (2012). This is something that I have to make sure I have, because I have a one year old that eats a lot. When she wants it she does not like to wait, so I have to have a something that is quick. So he showed us the different amounts of wattage each brand carry. Kenmore carries nine-hundred to fifteen hundred watt microwaves, and Maytag carries five hundred to sixteen hundred watts. This is great because both carry the amount that is need at my home. Which mean making the between the two companies is going to be harder then I thought.
