Defection Products and Injuries

In order to present the issue of defective products to the company, a formal memo to address the issue including apprehensions, undesirable effects, and established records of malfunctioning instances concerning the defective product should be delivered in the letter. However, because the ethical codes of conduct have not been conveyed, specifying any evidence of deficiencies could be precarious. Furthermore, during the course of the meeting with the new executives, the emanate problem could be attended to on a deeper level. The agenda could include solutions to the defect and what strategy should be taken to avoid high costs of fixing the issue.
