Troy is a boy who thinks that he should be 1st string QB for the Knights instead of Jamie Renfro. Jamie's dad is the coach for the Knights, that is why Jamie is 1st string instead of troy. Troy meets his friends down by the railroad tracks to steal a football from a pro player named Seth Holloway. He does steal it at midnight with his friends. He steals it so he can prove to Jamie he has an official falcons football. He almost gets caught by the neighborhood guards but he doesn't. He shows it to Jamie at their football practice. Then his mom finds out and she makes him take it to him 2 days after she finds out about it. She makes him wear a suit to take it to him. But Seth isn't home. So they call and leave a message telling Seth to come over so troy can give him back the football. Seth comes over 3 days later and troy's mom isn't there so troy asks Seth if he wants to watch the chargers game with him. Seth says sure, so troy get him and Seth pepsi's so troy starts predicting all of the plays turns out he does predict them right. As soon as the game gets over troy's mom gets home and starts yelling at him. So seth leaves and goes home. But he calls coach crock to tell him they have a good guy who can get the job done. Crock doesn't believe him so troy goes over there. Seth goes too. But crock doesn't want him around. So troy goes to a falcons game and tries to help the falcons. But he ends up getting crock fired. Then his mom goes out with seth. And troy gets to work for the falcons getting paid $20,000 a game. He is called football genius
