Every minute of every day in the United States you can find children playing . You also go to find somebody talking on their cell phone to their loved one. Every day so once churning sweet 16 am getting the car Of their dreams. And also 21 times a day so one is being be up, bullied, Or some other kind of hate crime is going on.

Create a profile of the typical individual who commits hate crimes.

When creating this profile the only thing I had to do was look In the mirror. Anyone can commit a crime. It doesn't have to be physical. Most hate crimes are verbal and or mental. But if he had to give a profile they would be mainly young, caucasian males between the ages of 16 to 25. The people who commit these hate crimes usually judge people based on their sexual orientation and or there race. It is very common for minorities to commit hate crimes not only against other races religion for sexual orientations but against Caucasian people as well.

Who are some targets and/or victims of hate crimes?

Typically in the United States the victims of hate crimes are normally any minority class other than Caucasian . And anybody that is not heterosexual. African Americans, Middle East and Americans, Women, Gay and lesbian bisexual or transgender individuals are the main groups that are targeted by hate crimes.

What are some of the causes and effects of these crimes?

The main causes of hate crimes would usually be one group not wanting another group to be in their area or territory. Most times we call this gang violence. But have been any group that we don't like interfere and intrude on what we consider to be our area most groups find that offensive.

The effect of most of these crimes is a deeper understanding of the pain and troubles that these groups have. Another affect would be the stonewall riots in which gay and lesbian writers finally get tired of being victims of hate crimes and stood up for themselves. The really bad affected most pay crimes are been going on lately would be the increased number of teen suicides due to hate crime bullying .

What actions can be taken to minimize the occurrence of hate crimes?

There are many different laws in place to help protect victims of hate crimes. There are also many groups Around the world that tried to raise awareness of hate crimes. Everything from the maps and shepherd project to them know hate group that have been getting celebrities
