Hospitality has been always one of the fastest growing industries in the business world. There is no surprise that nowadays there are so many different successful hotel chains have been developed all over the world.

There some examples of the most prosperous and modern hotel chains which were established in the North America and then spread all over the globe:

Ritz-Carlton, Wyndham , Hyatt , Marriott, Best Western, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, Four Seasons and many others.

European hotel chains as Campanile, The Rocco Forte Collection, Accor, Melia Hotels, Kempinsky, etc also had made a big contribution in the hospitality business.

The most famous Asian hotel chains are Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, Shangri-la hotels, Peninsula, Banyan Tree, Marco Polo hotels, APA Hotels & Resorts and many others.

As for the Africa, there some examples as well: Sun Africa hotels, Africa Sky Hotels, Coco Collection, City Lodge Family of Hotels, Protea Hotels etc.

Likewise, there are hotel chains from South America like Casa Andina, Aqua Hotel Resort SPA.

With these broad choices I've decided to talk about Wyndham Hotel Group which is a an American hotel chain . The main reason why I have chosen thisgroup is because I had an opportunity to do a 6 months internship in Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale hotel in China as a Guest Relations trainee and this organization impressed me a lot.

The important fact to mention is that The Wyndham Grand Plaza Royale is a 5 star hotel which is a part of Wyndham Hotel Group, including Hotels&Resorts, Grand Collection, Garden hotels. In its turn, The Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN) is one of the largest providers and franchisers of a diverse field of travel-related products and services for businesses and individual consumers, with brands in lodging franchising, vacation ownership, vacation rentals and vacation exchange. All hotels are owned individually and operated independently or by Wyndham Hotel Management. The hotel group is composed of nearly 7,260 hotels under 13 brands spanning 60 countries and 6 continents, competing in brand markets ranging from economy to upscaleWyndham Hotel Group brands (Baymont Inn & Suites, Days InnHawthorn Suites, Howard Johnson, Knights InnMicrotel, Ramada, Super 8 Hotels, Travelodge, Wingate Inn, Wyndham Hotels & Resorts, Wyndham Grand Collection). Moreover,Wyndham Rewards loyalty program is the largest in the lodging industry as measured by the number of participating hotels. At he same time, besides hotels, Wyndham Worldwide with Stephen Holmes as a CEO, also operates Wyndham Vacation Resorts (formerly Fairfield Resorts) and WorldMark (formerly Trendwest) time share resorts.

Wyndham hotels group is headquartered in Dallas, Texas with Kevin Speidel as a president of the company now. The firm was established by Trammell Crow Company in 1981 and grew rapidly in the late 1990s, acquiring multiple portfolios of hotels and renaming
