This project will be about mostly about understanding your learning profile better. Each four assignments listed will be my different learning styles. It is important to be self-aware for success in college, because each class I have I would do better if I know my learning style. Self-awareness is something we use to help us gain valuable information about how to be successful in school, on the job, and in life in general. Self-awareness is paying attention to yourself in general.Hill learning style is designed to help you determine the manner in which you prefer to learn. There are 28 items or elements divided into: Theoretical and Qualitative symbols, Cultural Determines and Modalities of Inference. I will list all 28 items in this paragraph and my results. I will also explain five of my learning preferences, address both higher scores and lower scores, address studying techniques that you can use to "play with your strength". T (AL)-Theoretical Auditory Linguistics means finding meaning through words you hear, a preference for hearing words, and my result was a 28. T (AQ) - Theoretical Auditory Quantitative means finding meaning in spoken numbers, preferring to hear non- words symbols, my result was an 18. T (VL)-Theoretical Visual Linguistic means from words you see, preferring to read my result was 32. T (VQ)-Theoretical Usual Quantitative means finding meaning in numerical symbols, a preference for seeing non- words symbols my results was 26. Q (A)-Qualitative Auditory (sound) means perceiving meaning through the sense of hearing. A major in this are probably distinguishing between sounds, tones of music and other purely sonic sensations. Sound may interfere with (or help?) concentration my result was 28. Q (O) - Qualitative Olfactory (smell) means perceiving meaning through the sense of smell. Certain smells may interfere with the learning process to a person with a major, my result was 26. Q (S) - Qualitative Savory (taste) means perceiving meaning by the sense of taste. Majors usually smoke, chew gum, eat mints or chew on pencils. They find tasting helps concentration, my result was 26. Q (T) - Qualitative Tactic (touch) means perceiving meaning by the sense of touch, temperature, and pain, my result was 26. Q (V) - Qualitative Visual (sight) perceiving meaning through sight. Majors something has trouble blocking out what they see, my result was 34. Q (P) - Qualitative Proprioceptive perceiving meaning through synthesizing or combining parts of a task, such as typewriting or playing a musical instrument, my result was 22. Q (CEM) - Qualitative Code Empathetic means sensitivity to the feelings of others; putting yourself in another person's place and seeing things from his or her point of view, my result was 28. Q (CES) - Qualitative Code Esthetic means enjoying the beauty of an object or an idea. Beauty is surrounding or a well-turned phrase is appreciated by a person possessing a major in this area, my results where 28.
