This classification is for goods which have characteristics of a single brand in which the target group are willing to make a special effort to buy it.

The branding for this target market is family branding due to the brand name on all the products. Consumers pay a higher price for brand-name products than for products that do not carry an established brand name. This target market distinguish the psychological aspect, brand associations like thoughts, feelings, perceptions, images, experiences, beliefs, attitudes, and so on that become linked to this brand.
