The Situation with the Contaminated Water

Senior management,

After reviewing the situation with the contaminated bottle water and analyzing it from every possible angle I have come to the conclusion. If we leave the situation at had the way it is and the consumers find out about the company selling them the contaminated water and was not informed about the situation this will cost the company more in the long run. The conclusion that I have come up with to solve this situation is to recall the water, fix the problem and replace the contaminated bottle of water that our consumers have bought. It is also important that we explain to our venders what the situation is, that the problem is being fixed, the water will not harm anyone, and that the company is making sure that this never happens again by doing the right thing. Also, that the company is taking extra safety precautions to prevent this from happening in the future. The company also needs to release a statement to the public addressing the recall of the product because it does not meet the standards of our company strives for and if they take the recalled product back to where it was bought it will be replaced or a full refund will be issued.
