Uncertainty Avoidance

China has a low Uncertainty Avoidance which means there is a flexibility in accepting change, conflict and see competition as an ordinary concept, hence, the racetrack model will be effective in implementing in the Chinese society. However, Thailand has a high Uncertainty Avoidance where the community prefers rules, supervision, and most importantly the certainty in terms of job security.
