There are two types of students: active students and passive students. Active students are more involved in academic excellence compared to passive students because of their active attitude towards things in student life. In studying, active students usually try to answer any questions from their teachers. They always join any discussions and if they wonder about lessons, they don't hesitate to ask their teachers in class. In contrast, passive students who love to be in their own world and do not want to talk much just sit there and let the day go by. In addition, at home active students always voluntarily do their assignments and hand in them on time. Moreover, they also search more information or exercises on the Internet or other sources to deeply master the lessons. Especially before any exams, they carefully revise the lessons to get the best results. Passive students are just the opposite. They even do not finish their homework, let alone supplementary works. They also do not study for testes at home. In other activities of class or school besides studying, designing a plan for a trip, for example; active students are willing to take part in and clearly express their points of view in front of everyone; whereas passive students want to take a backseat in any kind of activities and hesitate to show whether they agree or not, they are often in neutral.
