My Profile – ISFJ

Behaviour of ISFJ:

People who are of this profile generally are friendlier and live a responsible life owing to their consciousness. They are always willing to help, sharing their knowledge, time and experience and go the extra mile to support friends and colleagues. They give importance to others thoughts and feelings and do their job and take decisions keeping others in perspective. They are reliable and patient. They not only make sure that the job is done but also go beyond what is expected from them. They are enthusiastic when they believe the job they are doing is right and make sure their effort makes a difference in people’s lives.

Weakness:

The biggest challenge of ISFJ is their shy and humbleness. Because of this the recognition they get is very minimal. They are concerned about other’s feelings so much that they completely forget about themselves and don’t bother to take credit for their achievements and contributions. They also set standards so high for themselves that irrespective of whatever major achievement they have made they look down their success entirely. They also take things way too personal and any conflict in work life would be easily carried over to their personal lives. They also rarely express their feelings and this lack of healthy emotional expression often leads to stress and emotional problems. They also highly value traditions and heritage highly in their decisions and hence don’t change depending on situations and circumstances.

Work life:

There is no surprise that no other personality type is suited to work life as much as ISFJ. They are not only good at supporting and suggesting colleagues and customers but also enjoy it as they enjoy the end reward of practical solution and the calm it brings to the team. They are well versed in remembering things about others which make them well liked among their colleagues. But they are very unlikely to land in high managerial positions as they don’t like to project the work they had done, nor like to boast about their accomplishments. But irrespective of this they often land in high positions as the work they do speaks for them and marks a great impression. They move out well in a well-structured hierarchy and don’t wish for a hierarchy change. They may struggle a little in generating new ideas and doing research oriented work but put their effort to make sure these weaknesses are taken care of.

ISFJ as Subordinate:

As a subordinate ISFJ show the strength of humble dedication. The only reason they work is for the joy of working and the only reward they seek is the thanks from the colleagues. But they tend not to project themselves so that they may not create friction in the team and remain as loyal servants. They are generally loyal to the managers following them to the new positions. ISFJ should be ready to take change for good and look at the positives of it rather than sticking to old structure.

ISFJ as Managers:

ISFJ never really are on lookout for a manager position, but they will get to that position based on the recognition they get from the right managers. Though they may think they may not do a good job as managers they would actually do a great job. They are friendly, approachable and listen to people’s problems. Hence they can create friends in work place just having different responsibilities.

INTJ Subordinate

Behaviour of INTJ:

INTJ’s always look out for options to increase their knowledge and it is visible in their strength of their strategic thinking. They try to look at things from different perspectives and always curious looking out for challenges. Their confidence levels are very high and they believe in their knowledge and hence when they provide the solution to a problem they do not doubt their success. This makes them honest and bold and their communications are straight forward not bound by expectations from society and culture. Hence they are independent who take decisions and are responsible for the outcomes of their decisions. If they find something interesting and of value to society they do not mind putting extra efforts and long hours to see that the idea is implemented. They are open-minded and are ready for new ideas and changes even if they disapprove their own previous thoughts and ideologies.

Weakness:

They may sound little arrogant sometimes because of their confidence falsely assuming that they have resolved all issues and not giving much thought to the opinions of those whom they consider inferior. As they are not much bothered about the social and cultural impact they are sometimes insensitive to the thoughts and ideas of others. They are also judgemental about others as they are completely inconsiderate of emotional and social feelings. They don’t see any difference in applying their analytical thinking even to human relationships and they do not differentiate them. They are also very difficult in maintaining relationships as they process and think of the thoughts of others analytically and expect certain behaviour from them.

Work life:

Professionally INTJ’s show their talent and competence to the best. Their passion and interest to understand and tackle difficult theories and converting them into clear and actionable ideas is unmatched by any other type. But the main challenge for them is that in order to pass and get their innovative ideas approved they need to communicate and
