This book report is on Perelandra by C.S. Lewis, published by Simon and Schuster. N.Y., New York, 1996.

The Perelandra by C.S. Lewis is the second book of the space trilogies, it is about the adventures of Dr. Ransom. This book is a Religious fiction about the battle between good and evil. Dr. Ransom is a character who fights against human nature's greatest weakness, temptation. Dr. Ransom battles against evil on a new world-Perelandra-when it is invaded by the Devil's Demons.

The plot of Perelandra is about the adventures of Dr. Ransom going into the new world called Perelandra, which is invaded by the Devil's Demon's. Dr. Ransom has to discover this new world and battle the Demon's. The reason why Dr. Ransom has to battle the demons is because he doesn't want the Devil to fully succumb the new world. The battle against the demons will truly determine if he will live or die.

I have learned from this book that we should never give up because if we give up it kind of means that we had lost the battle against the devil and his demons, and we should never give up and let the devil take over us. I have also learned that you should always have faith in God. This book has taught me about having faith with God.

My favorite quote in this book is: with us they go after time. Maledill takes the soul out of them and puts it somewhere else-in Deep Heaven, we hope. The reason why this interest me is because I want to know more about what this means, and I want to know who is Maledill, that is the reason why this interests me.

God's word has an impact on this book because it talks about how we need to have faith in the Lord and how we should never give up to Satan. It is also an impact to God's word because we need to know how the demons would trick humans and try to succumb us to Satan, we need to know that we should never fall the devil or his demons or we will go into hell with the devil.

My likes in this book is how Dr. Ransom defeated the Devils agents(Demons) and I thought it was a good book to read. I recommend this book to everyone it is a good book and I have no dislikes. But in some chapters this book can get confusing, and some stuff that C.S. Lewis talks about in this book I don't even know what it is.
