Exercise is a need I think everyone should develop in life to stay satisfied. When people exercise, it can lead to many different results in a human body. Most every result can lead to a positive one for a person. When exercising, it is important to know what your body can handle without over doing it. If you over do it, you will not get a positive result. There are many types of exercises one can do such as weight lifting, walking, running, aerobics, any kind of sport, or even working out at home using a DVD like P90X. Exercising is very important for many reasons. Exercising can lead to positive results including a healthier heart, a better state of mind and a healthier body.

First of all, everyone should know that if you do not have a heart, you are not a living human being. When a person begins exercising it immediately starts working their heart. When a person's heart begins working because of exercise, it pumps harder. This can lead to a better circulation for blood flow. Since the blood flow is increasing it causes more oxygen to be carried throughout the body. Better circulation due to exercise can also lower one's blood pressure. All of these can result in a stronger and healthier heart due to working out. The healthier heart you have the more you prevent the risk of heart disease, stroke, certain cancers, and high blood pressure.

Another positive result due to a person exercising is having a better state of mind. A person with a better state of mind is less likely to become depressed as opposed to someone who does not work out. This is because working out can lead to a better self-image. When people are happy with their self-image they are less likely to be upset about the way they feel. After working out, problems of our lives can be solved because you are calm and relaxed, and makes your mind easier to think clearly. Exercising can also relieve stress and tension, which is another positive result due to working out and having a better state of mind.

The final result that can happen to a person from working out and exercising is developing a healthier body. If you don't exercise often, slowing increasing your training on a daily basis can lead to a more toned body including the gain of muscle mass. By working the muscles it helps the joints to be able to move better as well. Exercising the muscles and working out can make a person more fit and give them a better, healthier weight. When a person becomes fit they often gain greater confidence around other people and is likely to be consistent with working out 3-5 times each week.

Exercising is an activity that can positively change your health rather quickly. By doing so, you can benefit satisfaction from behavioral and attitude changes that help you live longer and healthier. The three main effects caused by exercising are a healthier heart, better state of mind and a healthier body.
