In some case, there have some changes in working process because of internal and external reasons. Any changes in behavior of a person or group due to anticipation of the response of others denote influence. When there has changes in group, of course each members can feel confused, even lose confidence... because they have to changes everything in a short time, they afraid of not complete the work as plan, submit the deadline... Of course, every thing will change when we have to calculate again the cost, the time and ways to talk with the manager of TV programs as well as newspapers... These can cause some difficulties and confusions for the colleagues in group. To promote confidence among colleagues to engage with change, the leader also arranges works to divide clearly and suitably. The work can divided depended on the ability of team members.
