I am excited to apply for the administrative assistant postition. I have read the job description and qualifications and fully understand my responsibilities should I be accepted. It would be a great honor to serve through this position. Having worked for three years In an office setting, I am accustomed to answering phones, faxing, setting appointments and superior customer service.

I am currently a student at the concentration is in international management in with a minor in Spanish. Through my education I have developed skills that would be valuable to working as an administrative assistant such as organizational management training, negotiation training, and intercultural communications training. I feel my skills would apply well to this position.
