China Consists of 2 republics. Republic of China (ROC) and People's Republic of China (PRC). "China" has refered to the PRC, but the ROC is still alive and considers Taiwan as part of it. The main problem is that China acquired Taiwan from Japan and after WWII Taiwan has its own dilemma about belonging to PRC, ROC, or if it is independent. After WWII Taiwan's rapid economic growth in the decades after World War II has transformed it into an industrialized developed country and one of the Four Asian Tigers, so the ROC wants total control of Taiwan. Taiwan might give the ROC some kind of economical power. The ROC and the PRC are in this kind of fight to get Taiwan, but Taiwan wants to be independent; China does not want to let Go Taiwan. An Albanian majority in Serbia became an independent state by its own means but Serbia does not recognize it. The UNO had to step in because Kosovo started a war to become independent. Right now the territory has a provisional government and it is controlled by the NATO and the KFOR.

Albania turned capitalist in the mid-1990, and this led to massive migration. There were Italy, Greece, Switzerland, Germany, and North Americans. However, many people with few economic resources crossed the frontier to Serbia and stayed afraid to return to their country. The Albanians were severely discriminated in Serbia and they tried to resist peacefully and tried to become independent. Those who are now identified with Kosovo realized that could no longer be peaceful and organized because no attention was being paid to them. Bulgaria sent them aid and kicked out those who were against the Albanians, but the UN'security council had not approved this measure and kicked out Bulgaria from Kosovo. Since the Albanians continued thinking of war because Serbia would not recognize it the UNO declared them to be a failed state and sent the NATO and KFOR to keep order. Many Albanians living in Kosovo returned to Albania after the war looking for safety and Serbia won't recognize Kosovo, which is a great problem for Kosovo.

Bulgaria has excellent relations with both territories and it could act as a middleman between China and Taiwan to make them sign a treaty in which China agrees to withdraw the missiles and Taiwan will agree to become a city-state in the ROC, just like Hong Kong in the PRC. Bulgaria will make sure both territories keep their part of the agreement. Regarding Kosovo Bulgaria could 2make sure that the NATO and the KFOR will stabilize the situation enough to allow Kosovo to have a provisional government
