Dear Mr. Nash :
My partners and I am submitting our business plan to you in the hope of receiving a start-up loan for RM45,000. We learned about your history in funding small businesses such as cafes, and our proposal takes the business to the next level. According to our research, consumers are looking for cafe that sells affordable baked goods and beverages.
Me and my partners, Ms. Norhani and Ms. Nor Najiha have our own capital resource with the total of RM50,000 that we plan to invest in the business. As stated in the plan, we aim to make RM400,000 in the first year. My partners and I are working together to make this business a success.
As stated in the plan, I will be in charged on the decision making, Ms. Norhani will be in charge of the operational area and Ms. Nor Najiha will manage the accounts. We plan to employ operational help and we have contacted several suppliers that has agree to provide raw materials for our business. We have found a shop lot available to rent when we go forward with the business.
