1st stage: Identify the job

After accomplishing her BA degree she was looking for job in banking sector. From a paper advertisement she came to know about the job.

Job application and the recruitment process:

When she was trying to get a job in baking sector the requirements for the job was:

* Masters

* No third division was allowed

* At least one first division in any exam was required.

Selection process:

* Preliminary Exam

* Written Test

* Viva Voce

2nd Stage: Early Career

She started her career with Uttara bank as an assistant officer in 1988. After joining in the job she had to attain in a training program related to her job. This training was mandatory for the probationary period. She had to attain a three months long training program after 1 month of joining the job. Her probationary period was one year.

3rd Stage: Meet Career

After joining in the Uttara bank as an assistant officer, She worked at the head office of Uttara Bank. Showing her exellence in her works she got her first promotion as junior officer,grade-2 in 1994 in the head office.During this period she had complited her MA.

She worked at many branch. She had to manage different important department of a bank. mostly she developed her skills in technical side. To improve her skill bank provided her much training. They are:

* troubleshooting ,networking hardware management

After 5 years working as junior officer,grade-2 she got promoted to junior officer,grade-1 and through her skillness and experience she got another promotion and became a senior officer after 7 years & finally last year she got another promotion as a principal officer.

As a principal officer she gets some special benefits .they are:

* House building loan

* Computer loan

* Bonus on target profit fulfillment

* Car loans

4th stage: late maturity

Now she is working as a Principal officer in Uttara bank ltd, Peelkhana Road branch in Foreighn Exchange section.She has alredy complete his 23 years of her career with the bank & now she is very close to the retirement, additional 7/8 year.

* Participation in decision making

At this stage he was used to take several examination related decisions of the institution. Sometimes he was used to take classes in different sections
