Summary of resource: This resource tells you how to breathe to reduce stress within your life. There is a step by step process that shows you how to meditate. This site has a wide variety of meditations. It tells us that the best way to change is to change on the way that we think. To think positive and not negative. The key to meditation is to be patient.

Facts: 1. Listening to meditation music can help you meditate.

2. You can teach yourself to release tension within yourself. Just by relaxing and tensing up those muscles and then let it go.

What happened after you tried each technique? This was a little hard for me because I do not have a quiet place within my house. Once I did get that alone time and quietness. I tried out this meditation. It was okay but I think that if I were more focused on the meditation that it would have worked out to the fullest. All I really need to do is focus more. After viewing all the meditations that were on the site, I have tried the love all meditation. I thought that for a moment that this is crazy and it will not work at all. It was a little different but I think that it worked. I became a lot more peaceful and felt that I was full of love.

No, I do not believe that it does because I think that it just relaxes you into state of mind to where you are able to release all stresses.
