Good writing is always been the first to consider when judging the merits of a piece of work. This follows that publication in professional journals are no exception to the "good writing rule". This rule states that professionally written journals should have the style requirement which deals with the organization and relativity of the ideas and that it should be unique.

Critique on Money for Health - More Health for the Money : A Human Resources for Health Perspective has a strong title in a way that it easily catches the attention of a reader and that it is concise and clear. The abstract of the said journal article briefly contains the basic information such as the background, objectives, methods used, results and conclusions of the research which it serves as a preliminary overview of the research. The primary aim of this journal is to maximize the resources to be able to secure the community not only their health but also in their financial capability. The methods used in gathering the data are appropriate and applicable that the researchers were able to point out the information needed based on their objectives to make the research successful. The journal has its trouble with interpreting the results and arranging the statements. Other information are seen repeatedly from one part to another part. It would be better if the author made use of words that are easily understood by the reader and that it is arranged according to its relativity or according to its importance. The journal will also be enhanced if the government agencies are transparent enough to show the values needed to make the research's results accurate. Moreover, this journal would help and serve as a guide to further research due to its satisfactory data content and that its structure can be replicated and applied to other communities. It also contains enough citations which points out that the journal was not only made by the author's own opinions but is also based on studies. These citations are updated and are chosen keenly that only essential and important data were collected, data which will support the research and which is appropriate for the research's design.

To be able to produce a good journal, one should determine the rules or guidelines set by the American Psychological Association or APA or one should stick to his style. But the real success in writing a journal depends on how the author knows and understands his own research.
