Carl Robins lack of prepare of his time accurately and lack of management left him unprepared to complete the training. Carl's miscommunication and failure made him frustrated and searching for solutions to resolve the issues that he experienced during his duties.

Background

Carl Robins is the new campus recruiter and has been only with ABC Inc. for six months. Carl tasked was to recruit new employees for ABC incorporated on local campus. Successfully Carl recruits 15 people. Carl responsibilities are to get all of the new 15 hired trainees to get on time for the orientation that he must accomplish. He is responsible for every aspect of the orientation.

According to University of Phoenix Case Study Analysis Paper (2012) on May 15th Monica Carrols, the operations supervisor contacted Carl to what needs to be his tasks that Carl has to get done for prior to the new trainees starting work on July. He is tasks is to setup training schedule, orientation manuals, policy booklets, physical examination, drug tests, and other issues. Carl ensure Monica that he would complete the tasks on time. When Carl was finalizing the paperwork for the orientation on June 15, he realized that some of the new trainees did not have applications completed and their transcripts on files. Most of the applications were not completed, and none of them had been sent to the clinic for a mandatory drug screening, the orientation manuals were missing several pages and only three copies of the orientation manuals were found. When he went to check out the training room for the orientation Carl found that been scheduled to Joe from technology services for the entire month of June (University of Phoenix, 2012).

Carl has various problems lack of organization and time management lack of communication that cause him to avoid being successful and accomplish his responsibilities there are consequences that he needs to take care of. Carl might lose company money. Someone needs to monitor the training manuals. Carl should communicate with all the departments at the company. He was requiring taking care of all the tasks and keeping in touch with all the departments and makes sure that all the tasks has been taken care of. Carl should have communicate with the scheduler for that training orientation room see if it is available, and he should have communicate with Joe.
