First, Magnetic Island is a tourist resort, this is an advantage condition for the company to invest and build resort here. Then, there are only 3 resorts on this island and all of the resorts are not family resort. That means there has a relative loose competitive environment for the business. Both of those are the beneficial influence of regional issues for the business. But there are also has some disadvantage impact exist.
