Foreword
This business report is carried out by Kuan Han Yang to identify and analyze the business characteristics of Setara Pelana Sdn Bhd. The topic was researched over a period of three weeks through the personal interview and online research.
This report has been authorized by Ms Kalai Vaani Rajandram, and aim to analyse the internal and external communication that the company was using. Also, the strengths and weaknesses of the communication methods adopted will be evaluated. Last, the report provides recommendations for rectification of aforementioned problems to allow the operation process more efficiency and effectively in the future.
