Solutions of the problem of obesity

Recent research shows that the consumption of junk food is a major factor in poor diet and this is detrimental to health. Some people believe that better health education is the answer to this problem but others disagree. What is your opinion?

There are almost two billion people in the world who are fat. It cannot be a case. There are few causes of obesity, one of this is the genetic. There are some people who are fat because of their metabolism. The metabolism of these people is slow so is more difficult to them turn the food into energy and for this problem they have to be very active, more than other people. In this way probably they will be able to turn food into energy and will not become overweight.

But everybody knows that the people who are fat because of their own metabolism are relatively few. The majority of fat people are fat because of one reason only, their lifestyle. The lifestyle of a fat person is this: He wakes up and if he has time, hardly ever, he has breakfast. After that he goes to work, or at school, by transportations, never walking or by bike. At lunch time he never has time, or he doesn't want to has a good and healthy lunch so he prefers to have lunch in a fast food. After school or work he comes back home and stays inside sitting down studying or doing something else until dinner time. At dinner time he is too bored to cook something healthy so he does bring some junk food from some fast food at home so he doesn't have to get up from the sofa.

The result of this lifestyle is to become fat or become again more fat. In addition to be fat another problem is the health. In fact, fat people have many health problems such as shortness of breath but especially heart problems that could become serious because fat people often have a high risk of having a heart attack.

In my opinion, as the opinion of scientists as well, the most effective way to lose weight is to have a good health education. Have a good health education for fat people means changing their life. For a person who has always had the same lifestyle is very difficult to change but really is the only way to lose weight and have a good health. The first and most important thing is to stop eating junk food, it means stopping going to fast foods. The key to be able to follow an health education is to have a lot of willpower. The only thing fat people need is the willpower because without that changing lifestyle is impossible.

In every health education there is the need to be active, every day. If you are following an health education you must have a plenty breakfast with also fruit because breakfast is the most important meal of the day . You need to be active so is a very good thing if you go to work or at school on foot or by bike, or half way by transportations and half on foot.
