My website choices are Victoria's Secret.com and Forever21.com for my evaluation essay. I chose these two websites because they are the best for me and that's where I usually shop from. Also, they both have similar clothing and because I don't live in the U.S. currently, shopping online really matters for me. I decided to pick five different questions about the websites, based on five categories. For example, my questions will be about design, content, security, technical considerations, and navigation. I believe that all these questions matter for an online shopper, and how would the shopper feel about these websites. About the design, I believe that Victoria's secret is more appealing to eyes because of the colors, the models, and the products. I feel that there is no way to close or exit from that website without buying anything. I like the way that they display their products and I believe it's their secret to success. Moreover, Security is really important and especially for international shoppers. There are many scam websites that no one wants to shop from. It's very important to know how safe the website is to share our personal and credit card information. I honestly never find security issues when purchasing from these two websites. In addition, Technical Considerations are very important for online shopping. It's very important to see if the website loads up quickly or not, for instance. Sometimes technical issues can cause big problems such as charging credit cards twice for the item bought, or canceling the shopping process.
