What Materials needed for soccer and how do I play?

Soccer is really fun! It's also very easy to understand. I'm sure if you have the right equipment and know how to play you do just fine! Did you know soccer is the world's most popular sport? Yes, soccer is the world's most popular sport. In fact, in 2010 more people watched the Federation International de Football Association (FIFA) soccer tournament then there were people watching the super bowl. Follow me through the store and I will show and tell you everything that you need to know.

When starting soccer you need important equipment to play the game right. First let's head over to the shoe section so you all can pick out the right shoes. They're called cleats. They are very important to have and ware. In fact, the referees don't let you play anymore if you don't have them. These shoes are very light for many reasons, so it's easier to kick, pass, and dribble with them on. They also let you run faster. The science and technology have created the perfect shoe. Today they are made of light leather, in the 1800's when the first cleat was invented it was made out of heavy leather so heavy, it was hard to run, kick, and pass. The rule is that you have to wear shin guards, it came out in 1863. They protect your shins in the game. If they crack replace them as soon as possible. Make sure they are not too big or too small.

After you buy you cleats and your shin guards lets go pick out your ball. The ball is not that important because if you don't have one or you forget yours the couch should always have some extras. But having your own ball is good because you practice on your own, or even just have it at your home all the time. You also can just take it anywhere and just do whatever, but you should get one just in case! Make sure that you have the size ball. If you are 4 and younger you should be getting and playing with a size 3 ball. If you are 8-12 you should get and play with a size 4 ball, and if you are older than 12 you should get and play with a size 5 ball. In the 19th century the ball was made out of rubber. Now they are better... new designs, new materials, and they are circles. Yes circles, they were all different shapes in the 1800's. Charles Goodyear made the first soccer ball in 1855. They are now made with better quality. That means they are more money. They weigh about 410-450 grams.

Now you all can sit down and ill talk a little about the players. First you should all know that
